Our Yoga for Kids classes are focused on an introduction to yoga
through lots of fun and play!
Through stories and songs, children will go on adventures where they
meet wild animals, fly like a bird or go deep into the ocean!
Our Yoga for Kids course is by appointment only for school/preschool groups of 5+ children
Paola will come to your school or preschool during school hours or after school at a time that works for you

This corse runs for 8 weeks on a school term

Is yoga good for kids?
Yes. Yoga helps children manage anxiety, improves emotional regulation, boosts self-esteem, increases children's body awareness and mind fullness, enhances concentration, memory and develops their strength and flexibility.

Kids can start yoga class from three years old.

*Energy medicine yoga is also incorporated in our children’s class.
