Class Details

Classes are Wednesday evenings - 6:30pm - 7:45pm out of our studio

Unit 2 – 33 Waipareira Avenue, Henderson

Each week we will practice:

  • Asanas/ postures to stretch and strengthen

  • Gentle movements

  • Sun salutations

  • Meditation

  • Breathing techniques

  • Relaxation

  • You will also have the opportunity to connect with others.

Yoga mats will be provided - The course is limited to 12 students - Booking is essential
