It changes your body, mind and soul in every way. Yoga can assist you through this process with grace. You will feel a deeper awareness and connection with your own body and with baby. Prepare your mind, body & spirit for the journey of pregnancy, childbirth & parenthood.
You will learn to focus, using your breath and gentle moves to prepare your body for childbirth. Creating harmony within, for the baby and you.

Class Details
Classes are Saturday mornings - 9am - 10:15am out of our studio
Unit 2 – 33 Waipareira Avenue, Henderson
Each week covers different topics, you will practice:

You will also have the opportunity to connect with other mothers in the local neighbourhood.
The course welcomes women at all stages of pregnancy - Yoga mats, blocks & blankets will be provided (though you are welcome to bring your own) - Booking is essential
